Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) Consulting Services: QUEXP21, Engineering Consultant Services – Source List Quebec Region
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The objective of this RFAP is to select four (4) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $1 500 000, for a period of one (1) year from the date of establishment or until the financial limit of $1 500 000 is reached.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year period. At any moment, the value of the SL may be increased in the order of $1 500 000 twice.
Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $250,000. The minimum value of a commission is $100,000 and the maximum value of a commission is $350,000.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
