The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to inspect, repair, install and/or upgrade storm sewers along with asphalt structure damage related to subgrade defects related to the eight catch basins located within 3CDSB Edmonton.
Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. The Tenderer must certify in its tender (using Form A – Certification Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business) that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement. Tenders received from Tenderers that do not include their Form A – Certification Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business will be considered non-compliant and will result in disqualification of the tender.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $188,000.00
Tenderers are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic Bidding - Form DCL193E, paragraph 5.
The work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 90 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 15 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
