DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – BN300164 – Renovation of Building T-118 Barbershop into Offices, CFB Borden, ON
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to convert the barbershop in building T-118 to an office space. Work includes new finishes, millwork, electrical and HVAC.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 70 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
