Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” Soil and Materials Engineering, Geoenvironmental and Building Science Services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the Montreal Garrison, St-Hubert Garrison, and Satellite Sites.
The Consultant will be required to provide “as and when required” Soil and Materials Engineering, Geoenvironmental and Building Science Services.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT Documents.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with three (3) optional one-year periods with a maximum estimated value of $600,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $5,000.00 and $15,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $25,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
