Defence Construction Canada – Invitation to Tender for Material Testing Services: WR20ST02 Materials Testing Services Services – Standing Offer, Wainwright Alberta.
Work under this Standing Offer (SO) includes material testing services as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the scope of services detailed in the contract documents.
AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST.
Submissions from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the Invitation to Tender documents, may be declared invalid.

The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer is $300,000.00 and the maximum value per call up will be $100,000.00. Average call ups are expected to be between $5,000.00 and $15,000.00.
