Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for General Safety Training Services:

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $753,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods, and increased in the order of $250,000.00, for each additional period.
The total potential value of the SOA is $1,253 ,000.00, for a potential term of five (5) years.
Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $30,000.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
