DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TT210001 – AHOM Grade Rehabilitation, CFC AHOM Toronto, ON
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to install foundation waterproofing, weeping tile and watermain replacement, backfill and reinstate ground surface and curbs.
Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. The Tenderer must certify in its tender (using Form A – Certification Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business) that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement. After the Tender closes, DCC will request a duly signed and completed Form A – Certification Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (Form A) from the lowest compliant Tenderer. The lowest compliant Tenderer shall furnish DCC with their Form A within 24 hours of receiving the request or their Tender will be considered non-compliant and will receive no further consideration.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $170,300.00.
Tenders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic Bidding (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
The work cannot commence until June 1st, 2021, must reach Substantial Completion by July 30th, 2021, and must reach Completion no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
