Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” tree pruning services at CFB Edmonton, Alberta.
The period for making Call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer Agreement is from the notification of award to March 31, 2025 with a maximum estimated value of $110,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $220,000.00 at any time during the duration of the Standing Offer Agreement for a total potential value of $330,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 25,000.00.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their tender through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
