(WITH SECURITY REQUIREMENTS)

This is not a bid solicitation. This is a letter of interest (LOI) to identify contractors that have a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of Secret, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

We are asking contractors in the following trades, who hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSE) at the level of Secret, to identify themselves for a potential opportunity at 17 Wing Winnipeg:

Carpentry
Drywalling
Painting
Flooring
General Labour
Electrical: Lighting / Power Service / Equipment Connection / Fire Alarm Systems
Mechanical: HVAC (incl controls)
Mechanical: Fire Suppression systems

The project is expected to be procured in the spring or summer of 2020. This procurement is conditional on the project receiving approval to proceed from the Department of National Defence (DND).

The intent of this LOI is to develop a list of security cleared trades that will be made available to general contractors as a resource for obtaining sub-trade pricing on the project.

The above noted trades, who hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of Secret, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), are asked to send their company information to the following location:
