The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct new sanitary line to replace existing line at Building 158. Work includes connecting to existing manholes, decommissioning of pump, and removal/closure of sump pit.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 56 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
