DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAYNB80_79880 – Recapitalization and Foundation Waterproofing at Residential Housing Units – North Bay, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate the interior of Residential Housing Units (RHUs) type C, CC, S, SS, S-special including removal of hazardous materials, drywall replacement, and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems. Work will also include exterior renovations including foundation insulation and new weeping tile systems.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 224 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
