The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to upgrade existing roofing system and interior, including floor/wall finishes, lighting fixtures, electrical for lighting, devices and heating. Mechanical work includes plumbing and drainage for fixture and rough-ins, sanitary and domestic piping, and heating distribution and refrigeration. Hazardous materials will require abatement.
