DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TRA21002_CN75133 – Hazardous Materials Abatement – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Hazardous Materials Abatement. Project locations and distribution are as follows: 80% of the work is at 8 Wing Trenton, 10 % at Belleville and Peterborough armouries, 5% at Mountain View, 5% at Carrying Place and Point Peter. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis”. Generally, this will involve supporting demolition and construction projects.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $75,000 for the initial one year term. Extension opportunities exist for one additional 1-year period. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended is $150,000.00.
Selected contractor(s) will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
