DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – BN300151-71992 – General Construction Standing Offer Agreement – Borden, Ontario
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and Material as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for General Construction Services in support of minor construction and repair at CFB Borden. Generally this will involve general construction, repairs, maintenance and minor renovation services. Building types include general office complexes, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organzation Screening (DOS), as required, granted or approved by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). This SOA is for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend for one addtional one year period. The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer for each period is $300,000.00 with an overall maximum expenditure of $600,000.00. The maximum value per call-up will be $25,000.00.
