DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TT170008_67465 – Burwash Energy Efficiency Upgrade – North Bay, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to for the renovation of two existing troop shelters at CAFTA Burwash. Work includes new interior and exterior wall insulatin, metal siding, new heating system and electrical upgrades.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $308,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than June 8, 2018 (and in accordance with the Milestone dates set out in the contract documents) and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
Tenderers are advised that the Work is to be completed within 10 weeks of contract award with the exception of: removal and replacement of the flag pole (including foundation); removal and replacement of gates (including alterations of fencing); and installation of concrete slabs which must all be completed by June 8, 2018 (the date of Substantial Completion).
