DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – RPOP022 – Shipping and Destruction of Aqueous Film Firefighting Foam (AFFF) from Iqaluit and Rankin Inlet
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to supply and deliver empty totes to Forward Operating Location (FOL) Iqaluit and FOL Rankin Inlet. Ship AFFF/water mixture to a facility for destruction.

Tenderers are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid [RELIABILITY], issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
