Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair of Fire Detection and Suppression System:
KN169923, Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, CFB Kingston (Ontario)
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from contractors. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labor, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, CFB Kingston (Ontario).
The Contractor will be required to provide ITM services for an initial period of one (1) year.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods beyond the initial period.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The estimated cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $683,901 for the first year.
