Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Contractors to submit Proposals to carry out the Demolition of Kapyong Barracks – Phase 2 located in Winnipeg.

WGC18040, Demolition of Kapyong Barracks – Phase 2, Winnipeg.

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish ddd buildings within the main Kapyong compound area and the demolition of roads, parking areas, surface slabs, utilities and contaminated sites work.

Proponents are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB).

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $15,000,000.

Les travaux comprennent, sans toutefois s'y limiter, l'apport de la main - d’œuvre, le matériel, la supervision et l'équipement nécessaire pour la démolition de bâtiments dans l’enceinte principale de Kapyong et la démolitions de routes, aires des stationnements, dalles en surface, l’enlèvement de services et des travaux de sites contaminés.

Les soumissionnaires sont avisés que cet approvisionnement est réservé sous la stratégie fédérale d’approvisionnement auprès des entreprises autochtones selon la the Stratégie d’approvisionnement auprès des entreprises autochtones (SAEA).

L'objectif de cette demande de propositions abrégées est de sélectionner l’expert-conseil avec le pointage le plus élevé.

Ce marché suit une procédure d'appel d'offres conformément au chapitre 10 de l'ALÉNA.

Les coûts de construction pour ce projet sont estimés dans les environs de 15 000 000,00$.
