Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposal – SOA – Laboratory Services in Soils and Materials Engineering and Geo Environmental Engineering, CFB Bagotville, QC – BA34151
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide laboratory services in soils and materials engineering and geo environmental engineering specific to the Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville in Quebec.
The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm who will sign one (1) Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to a maximum estimated value of $300,000 for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one year periods and increased in the order of $150,000 for each additional period.
Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $15,000 and the maximum value of a Call-up is $35,000.
The SOA is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
