The Town of Carleton place wishes to acquire the services of a consultant with expertise to facilitate an IT and Digital Master Plan review to ensure that the Town’s information systems are secure and efficient and has plan for handling future growth of staff and the municipality that is based on industry best practices.
This will include a review of the current environment, recommendations for improvements in efficiency and security to the current environment, draft policies and procedures for implementation by the Town, documented security rules and incidence response plan and a strategy to accommodate the level of growth required over the next 10 years.
