Description

All General Contractors must visit project site and surrounding area before submitting Bid. A Mandatory Site Visit for General Contractor Bidders will be arranged for Monday, June 8th, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Bidders to meet at Facility Services Office B106. Bidders are required to take note of all existing site features visible at time of tendering which may affect the work.

- Signed under seal, executed, and dated bids will be received at the office of the FormStudio Architects Inc., 131 Court Street North, Thunder Bay, Ontario P7A 4V1. Thunder Bay, Ontario, no later than 2:00:00pm local time, Tuesday, June 23, 2020.
- Contractors are responsible for the preparation of their own original shop drawings.
- Submit required shop drawings bearing stamp and signature of qualified professional engineer registered or licensed in the Province of Ontario, Canada
- Submit one (1) pdf version of shop drawings, product data sheets, test reports, samples (in duplicate).
- Submit with Bid Form and Bid Bond, an Agreement to Bond, stating that Surety providing Bid Bond is willing to supply 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Materials Bond. Include cost of bonds in Bid Price.
