Proposals shall be submitted as two separate files, the technical proposal (containing the mandatory criteria) and the financial proposal, in a single email to the Contact Person. The financial proposal shall be password protected. Passwords should not be provided but should be available upon request at the time of the proposal evaluation. Refer to the RFP for all submission requirements.
