Description

Colliers Project Leaders Inc. Inc. is a Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) retained by Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC, IO) under the contract. Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting as Owner on behalf of its client, OILC is seeking to prequalify Mechanical Engineers, who will act as the Prime Consultant for the projects 1099281-273962 & 1099320-273958: John Sopinka Courthouse Heating Boilers and Cooling Towers Renewal.
Colliers Project Leaders Inc. invites Mechanical Engineers to submit submissions for the above-referenced project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ).
The project is a replacement of the two main heating boilers and shoulder season boiler with new high efficiency condensing boilers. The Prime Consultant to review both the heating and cooling systems and complete the design based on detailed site reviews. Detailed scope of works will be provided in the RFP (Stage 2 procurement).
