Colliers Project Leaders Inc. Inc. is a Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) retained by Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC, IO) under the contract. Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting as Owner on behalf of its client, OILC is seeking to Prequalify Contractors (Proponents), who will act as the General Contractor for the project 1087484-272978 Milton Courthouse Window Replacement. Tender documents will be issued to the prequalified contractors.
The Milton Courthouse (B18784) is a three-storey building built in 1963. A three-storey addition to this building was built in 1977 and called the Milton Land Registry Office (B21281). The Milton Courthouse is approximately an 83,000 ft2 facility spread across three floors. The current building consists of an original section and an additional section that was added later.
Scope of work is to supply and install new double glazed, low emissivity (low-e), argon filled energy efficient glazing units in thermally broken aluminum frames. Existing units to be replaced are fixed insulating glass units within aluminum frames. Installation shall include new waterproofing, spray foam insulation, and joint sealant as required. Envelope repair will be part of project scope. Includes replacement of approximately 176 exterior windows that cover 8,475 SF and curtain walls that cover 606SF.
