The site will be available from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday March 3 2022 at 47 North Shore Lane, Madoc, ON. Respondents are to meet with the Project Manager at the entrance to the site. All persons in attendance must wear the prescribed PPE, including face masks, in accordance with COVID-19 protocols. Full social distancing measures will apply. Persons not wearing the necessary COVID-19 PPE will not be permitted entry.
No official responses to queries will be provided at the site visit. All queries must be submitted to the Project Manager prior to the query end date. Responses will be issued through Merx in the form of Addendums.

Respondents must confirm their attendance via email to the PM no later than March 2 2022 at 11:00 AM, 24 hours before the date and time of the Site Visit;
The Owner reserves the right to cancel all Site Visits and re-schedule or schedule additional Site Visits if insufficient Respondents respond or attend the Site Visit.
