IO, which is an agency of the Ontario Government, is a crown corporation owned by the Province of Ontario and established by the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011. OILC provides customer focused real estate services to the Ontario Government, including strategic portfolio management, asset management, property and land management, and capital projects.
The five (5) trailer complexes will be delivered and installed at the Ontario Police College at 10716 Hacienda Road, Aylmer, Ontario. The complexes will be designed as follows:
1) Unit A - A Modular complex of six (6) trailers 12’ x 60’ each with washrooms to accommodate 5 classrooms. This will accommodate the increased training of the 130 expected instructors/students
relating to the Senior Course Training curriculum.
2) Unit B - Two (2) trailer complexes with bathroom facilities will accommodate 53 expected instructors/students will be used for Specialized training Public Order Units and Spec OPS courses.
3) Unit C - Two (2) trailer complexes to be installed next to the Dynamic Scenario Area To accommodate classrooms for 52 participants plus instructors for the Correctional ICIT and Crisis
Negotiator Training programs. Plus 1 extra trailer for washrooms.
4) Unit D - One (1) Classroom trailer to be installed next to the Drug House to provide training space for Forensics training to be divided into 3 staging rooms.
5) Unit E - Two (2) trailer complexes to be installed next to the Drug House To accommodate classrooms for 52 participants plus instructors for the Correctional ICIT and Crisis Negotiator Training
programs.
Plus 1 extra trailer for washrooms. Of the five (5) trailer complexes only three (3) will have washroom facilities included. The other two will not since they can use the facilities in the adjacent buildings.
