IO, which is an agency of the Ontario Government, is a crown corporation owned by the Province of Ontario and established by the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011. OILC provides customer focused real estate services to the Ontario Government, including strategic portfolio management, asset management, property and land management, and capital projects.

St. Mary Elementary School will see a single storey 433 square metres addition to the existing school footprint to accept the accommodation of an additional 69 pupils.  The addition will be comprised of three (3) Classrooms, one (1) Universal Washroom, two (2) Student Washrooms, Custodial, Academic Storage, Corridor, and two (2) Vestibules. Each space will be fitted with room finishes, doors and windows with hardware in line with the existing, millwork storage, white boards, clocks, and electrical/mechanical provisions. New plumbing fixtures, equipment, partitions and finishes as per contract documents are in scope. Construction and materials to match existing (Primarily CMU structure, with wood trusses, masonry, and aluminum panel cladding). Building is to be sprinklered.  Existing southwest vestibule and covered entrance to be demolished.  Refer to all contract documents for full scope coordination.
