Description

Construction of a new 228.5m2, 1-storey canteen and washroom/changeroom facility including washroom stalls, a universal washroom, change room stalls, exterior showers and wudu wash stations, canteen and approximately 213m2 wood deck, as per tender drawings and specifications. The project area will abut an ongoing shoreline and each rehabilitation project area.
The successful Bidder will be expected to mobilize immediately upon Award. The intent is to have the building watertight before the winter season. Winter conditions are expected during construction. Proponents to include povisions for winter conditions in their Bid Price.

3. The Information Teleconference will commence at 2:00 PM on 09/08/2022 via Zoom Video Conference. Respondents must confirm their attendance via email to the PM no later than 24 hours before the date and time of the Information Teleconference. Meeting details will only be provided to those that confirm attendance.
5. The Owner reserves the right to cancel all Information Teleconferences and re-schedule or schedule additional Information Teleconferences if insufficient Respondents respond or attend the Information Teleconference.
