Description

Cambrian College is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors (“Proponent”) to demolish, design and renovate the Civil Lab (“Work”) for Cambrian College, as per Section 9 – Statement of Requirement.

Statement of Requirements

The Work includes:

Complete demolition, removing refuse offsite.
Design of the space in accordance with specifications within Appendix A and B to the satisfaction of the College.
Performing the renovation as per approved design.

There will be a walkthrough of the proposed work areas. The purpose is to tour the site, brief the Bidders on the applicable servicing areas, safety, security, sequencing of the work in occupied areas, and the Services.
