To simplify the evaluation process and obtain maximum comparability, the College requires that all submissions to the RFP be organized in the following manner:

1. Executive Summary An introduction to your company and your organization’s qualifications as they relate to the College’s requirements. NOTE: must contain signature(s) of authorized corporate signatories.
2. Understanding of the project A detailed summary of the project. Describe your understanding of the work to be performed and how your company is best suited to deliver the project within the timeframe. No spec creative will be accepted.
3. Project Team
A list of the titles of all individuals that will be involved in this project from start to end.
4. Proposed Strategy Recommended strategy detailing how to effectively reach the target audiences, including how the campaign will be measured and optimized for effectiveness.
5. Timelines Identify the timelines and milestones based on the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work.
6. Budget Provide a firm estimate of fees for the services to be provided and whether your company uses an estimated hourly rate or commits to a project cost together with an outline of any anticipated expenses.
7. Creative Portfolio Include a portfolio of three to five relevant projects that your company worked on in the past five years to demonstrate your company’s creative and media abilities and techniques to reach target audiences.
8. Client References Include a list of three to five relevant clients your company has served in a similar capacity within the past five years with the names and telephone numbers of any references we may contact. 9. Additional Information Please provide any additional information which you believe would be useful in evaluating your proposal.
