Description

Collège Boréal, Sudbury campus, is seeking qualified general contractors to renovate approximately 14 000 square feet of space located on the second level of our main building.

This work includes but is not limited to, partial interior demolition, existing old furniture disposal, furniture dismantling/relocation, wall erection, millwork, painting, flooring, replacing heat pumps and lighting. This project must be completed in the months of Mai, June, July and August 2024 ready for staff and client’s occupation on the last week of August 2024. The college will purchase, provide, and install the new furniture and audiovisual components by mid-August 2024.

The project is slated for the award on January 26, 2024 and be completed by August 23, 2024. Funding for the project has been approved.

A mandatory site visit is in order to ascertain the work requirements. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your proposal.

The mandatory site visit will be held on January 9, 2024, at 10 am. Interested proponents should assemble at the Collège Boréal entrance at 21, boulevard Lasalle, Sudbury ON P3A 6B1. Email ddp.rfp@collegeboreal.ca to confirm attendance and interest in the project by 3 pm January 8, 2024.
