Description

This Request for proposals (RFP) aims to invite experienced and qualified Janitorial Services providers to submit offers for the supply of labour, necessary supplies and equipment to perform the contracted cleaning services required for the buildings as specified in this request for quotation.

The term of the contract is three (3) years starting June 2, 2018 with an optional 2 years at the discretion of the college.

The sites in which the work is to be performed are located at:

ADDRESS:                            7515 Forest Glade Drive, Windsor, Ontario

ACCESS CENTER:                   Windsor 2
ADDRESS:                            633 Ouellette Ave., Windsor, Ontario

A mandatory site visit of both locations will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interested proponents should assemble at the Main Entrance, 7515 Forest Glade Drive, Windsor, Ontario. Email ddp.rfp@collegeboreal.ca to confirm attendance and interest in the project by 9 am April 18, 2018.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be received no later than Closing Time 2pm on April 27, 2018 in the following manner:

The Proponent’s response must be accepted by the MERX Electronic Bid Submission no later than the date and time noted above as Closing Time. Proposals submitted later than the official closing time will be rejected by the MERX EBS and will not be accepted by the college. No submission will be accepted after the submission deadline. Logging onto the MERX site prior to closing is not recognized as submitting the bid prior to the close time. Submission download must start prior to the closing time.

Please note that all expenses involved with the drafting and submission of these responses to the College shall be borne by the proponent.
