Additional Bidding Instructions

This Request for proposals (RFP) aims to invite experienced and qualified Janitorial Services providers to submit offers for the supply of labour, necessary supplies and equipment to perform the contracted cleaning services required for the buildings as specified in this request for proposal.

The term of the contract is three (3) years starting April 1, 2017 with an optional 2 years at the discretion of the college.

Proposal

Sealed proposals containing one (1) unbound original proposal and three (3) bound copies will be received no later than 4 pm on February 17, 2017. Late or misdirected submissions received after closing will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Submissions sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

Please note that all expenses involved with the drafting and submission of these responses to the College shall be borne by the proponent.
