Description

Collège Boréal of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking proposals from qualified security system provider to supply, install service and warranty repairs, additions or replacements to our current security system on an as-needed basis at Collège Boréal 21 Lasalle Boulevard Campus in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions stated in the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) documents attached.

The supplier will perform various CCTV inspection, supply new products, services for existing and new products, and repairs on an as-needed basis as per the Purchase Order and the Vendor of Record Contracting Agreement, as well as configure and make operational the appropriate hardware and software solutions that adhere to the requirements of our current indigo vision platform.

The Contract start upon signing of contract in October 2018 and the RFSO will be effective until December 31, 2021.

Proposals must be received no later than Closing Time 1pm on October 5, 2018 in the following manner:

To be eligible for consideration, the Proponent’s proposal must be uploaded by the closing date and time . All responses must be submitted using the Merx Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”). Proponents are urged to contact Merx customer support (www.merx.ca), 1-800-964-6379 in advance of submitting a response to ensure they are registered with Merx and are familiar with the EBS requirements and procedures.

The Proponent’s response must be accepted by the MERX Electronic Bid Submission no later than the date and time noted above as Closing Time. Proposals submitted later than the official closing time will be rejected by the MERX EBS and will not be accepted by the college. Logging onto the MERX site prior to closing is not recognized as submitting the bid prior to the close time. Submission download must start prior to the closing time.
