Description

A qualified service contractor is required to carry out the preventative maintenance for all overhead doors and possibly other new buildings that come online. The list includes but is not limited to, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspection with corresponding tasks and checklists. The contractor may also be called upon to install new doors. The contractor will also be required to respond on a 24 hour call out, as-required for breakdown emergencies. Buildings requiring a two (2) hour call out have been identified.
