Description

The Contractor shall design, manufacture, supply and install:
a. One (1) single storey Modular Office Complex, constructed with pre-fabricated trailers, with
minimum customization, for an area foot print of 96 feet by 60 feet (5,760 square feet area foot
print), provided as a complete purchase.
b. One (1) single storey Modular Change Room Complex, constructed with pre-fabricated trailers,
with minimum customization, for an area foot print of 36 feet by 24 feet (864 square feet area
foot print), provided as a complete purchase.
c. One (1) enclosed walkway to interconnect the Modular Change Room Complex to the existing
Reactor Building entrance.
2) Option – The Contractor shall design, manufacture, supply and install:
a. An exterior enclosed Power Supply Station capable of supplying five (5) separate pre-fabricated
trailers, provided as a complete purchase.
