Description

CNL is seeking to establish a panel of companies specializing in contracting and procurement
and can provide independent assurance that specific CNL procurements are conducted in a fair,
open and transparent manner, through the provision of a fairness monitor to oversee the
procurement process where it has been identified that an Affiliate or Key subcontractor may be
involved in the competition. There may also be other instances, such as procurements with
particular sensitivities, where CNL may wish to engage additional independent oversight or
randomly sample its procurement processes.
