Description

CNL is interested in securing a supplier for ad-hoc work that supports and augments the onsite calibration facility. RP instrument calibration is required as well as the service of respirator decontamination and maintenance. There are three functions for this service.
1.Decontamination/cleaning process
2. Respirator fit testing
3.Respirator maintenance and testing. This includes a visual check of the respirator components (harness, valves, eye pieces/visor, filter expiry, etc.); followed by tests on the face piece and filter cartridge (which are filter and/or face piece specific); service records. The equipment related to the these services would be the AirBoss C4, MSA Comfo Classic, MSA Advantage 1000, MSA Ultra Elite, MSA OptimAir PAPR, SCBA equipment.

The supplier could be manufacturer or someone subbing out. Depending on the arrangement as CNL has several requirements that may be need to be serviced by the manufacturer.
