The City of Quesnel and Cariboo Regional District (CRD) are seeking submissions from proponents interested in providing services associated with the opening of the West Fraser Centre and completion of the Arena Replacement Project. The City/CRD may choose to contract with one proponent for all of the required services or may opt to enter into agreements with multiple proponents for specific services. The anticipated term of the agreement(s) is 6-8 months, concluding shortly after the opening of the West Fraser Centre in September 2017. The City/CRD is seeking proponent(s) with the following skills/abilities:
Event coordination
Public relations and communications
Fundraising
Transition project management
General administration
Submissions should include the name of the proponent responding to the Expression of Interest, contact information, and an overview of the proponent’s related experience and qualifications.
