Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the City, will be

received by the undersigned until 2:00 :59 p.m. local time on Monday ,February 27 , 2017

for the following contract:

Documents are available Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from the Operations Department at

the address below or a complete electronic version can be obtained through emailrequest to

purchasing@pembroke.ca. Faxed tender submissions are not acceptable.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders at its sole discretion.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
