P-19-08 - Livestream Production and Service Requirements

The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the provision of livestreaming services of Council meetings. The contract shall include the necessary equipment required to broadcast live video streaming of Council meetings, as well as provide the actual service of livestreaming and managing/archiving of the streamed recordings for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of two (2) additional 1-year extensions, beginning January 1, 2020.
