Description

The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide an enterprise class, Software as a Service (SaaS) Service Management Platform (ITSM), and professional services for implementation, training and support.

The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
