Description

The City of Ottawa’s Office of Emergency Management requires a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) Public Emergency Notification System that provides direct, timely and reliable communications to the public.

The City of Ottawa is continuing to experience more frequent emergencies, many of which are complex. During any emergency or security situation, it is imperative that the City and the Ottawa Police Service have the ability to communicate with residents quickly in order to provide guidance aimed at protecting lives, property and the environment.
