Requirement
The Traffic Services Branch of the City of Ottawa (“the City”) has a requirement for Annual Maintenance and Repairs to One Pavement Marking Truck 34-2925 (hereafter referred to as the ”Work”) in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this Request for Tender.
Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 11 February 2021. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email, or by facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Award
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), set out in Price Schedule “A”, minus any prompt payment discount offered.
Basis of Award is subject to Bidder’s best delivery date for Annual Maintenance Work not later than 09 April 2021.
