Environmental Assessment Study of Blackburn Hamlet Bypass Extension and Cumberland Transitway Westerly Alternate Corridor

The City of Ottawa is seeking responses for qualification pertaining to Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 24817-96258-Q01 for the Environmental Assessment Study of Blackburn Hamlet Bypass Extension and Cumberland Transitway Westerly Alternate Corridor in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ document.

This RFQ is the first stage of a two-stage process. This stage involves the short-listing of the most qualified Respondents. The City will select up to four (4) submissions starting from the highest scoring Respondent. Submissions receiving less than 70% will not form part of the selection process for Stage Two.

The RFQ document is only available through Merx.
