Requirement:
The Transit Operations Branch of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, requires the Supply of Bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid (Urea) (the goods) for transit buses, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications of this Request for Tender (RFT).
Tender Closing Date:
All bids submitted in response to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically through the City’s E-Procurement system provided by MERX.
Bidders must download, complete and upload a copy of Part D: Form of Tender / Specifications: Price Schedule A”. No other Form of Tender will be accepted and any other submitted will be declared informal.
Bidders are advised to contact MERX directly for electronic bid submission assistance. Bids submitted in hard copy and/or through email will not be accepted or considered.
Bids must be received through MERX NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON THURSDAY, 08 AUGUST 2019. Bids received after the above due date and time will not be considered.
Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this RFSO are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Tuesday, 30 July 2019. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential Bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed.
