Requirement
The City is requesting standing offer submissions from Offerers qualified for the Supply and Delivery of Accuride Bus Wheels (Original Equipment Manufacturer only) (the “Goods”) on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions herein.
Standing Offer Closing Date
All Offer submissions must be submitted via the MERX online tendering system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 16 December 2021. Late Offer submissions will not be accepted. Offers submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Authorization
It is the City’s intent to authorize the Standing Offer of the lowest responsive Offerer on the basis of the Total Price Schedule “A”, if in the City’s best interest, in the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
