REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 22420-55600-P01 - Supply and Delivery Two (2) Heavy Duty Battery Electric Low Floor Transit Buses
Requirement
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide Two (2) Heavy Duty Battery-Electric Low Floor Transit Buses for the City of Ottawa.
Commercially Confidential Meetings (CCMs)
An integral part of the RFP process will be to discuss relevant design and issues in the Commercially Confidential Meetings (“CCMs”). The CCMs will be specifically focused on the Preliminary Design Review and Financial Submission Requirements.
In order to request a CCM, the Proponent must submit the Commercially Confidential Meeting Request Form which is attached as Annex F in the RFP document.
Inquiry Period
All inquiries and questions regarding this RFP must be directed to the Contracting Authority specified below. Inquiries and questions must be provided, in writing (by e-mail) no later than 26 March 2020. The Contracting Authority will provide answers to inquiries to all Proponents by written addenda throughout the question and answer period without naming the source of the inquiry. The final addendum will be released no later 08 April 2020. It is the responsibility of the Proponents to confirm that the Contracting Authority has received their inquiries.

Proposal Closing Date
Proposals must be received NOT LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON APRIL 15TH , 2020 (“Proposal Due Date”). Proposals received after the above due date and time will not be considered, and will be returned, unopened, to the Proponent.
