Description

Requirement
The City is requesting standing offer submissions from Offerers qualified for the Supply and Delivery of MAN Parts and Components (the “Parts”) on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions herein.
Standing Offer Closing Date
All Offer submissions must be submitted via the MERX online tendering system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, 21 June 2022. Late Offer submissions will not be accepted. Offers submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Authorization
It is the City’s intent to authorize the Standing Offer to the lowest responsive Offerer on the basis of the Total Price Schedule “A”, if in the City’s best interest, in the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
Basis of Authorization is subject to Offerer’s best delivery date not greater than 5 (five) business days after receipt of order

Offerers are requested to submit the following copies of their Offer:
All offers must be submitted electronically via the MERX Online Tendering System to the Administrative Authority, identified herein. All Offerers must:
(i) Download, complete, sign and attach the Form of Standing Offer to their offer submission
(ii) Download, complete and attach the excel Price Schedule “A” to their offer submission; and
(iii) Complete and attach to their offer any confirmation of Specifications and/or supplemental information/literature, either as required herein or as deemed by an Offerer to be relevant to their offer.
