Description

The City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified respondents to provide frame structure and/or body repair and painting of Transit Fleet vehicles as described in the ANNEX A – SPECIFICATIONS , on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.

The scope of services shall include, but are not limited to:The provision of sandblasting, structure analysis, primer to structure, undercoat, frame structure repair, body repair, preparation and/or painting of Conventional Transit, Para Transit, and Non-Revenue fleet in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions herein on an as and when requested basis.

The City would like to qualify respondents in one or more of the following categories:

Category 1: Transit Buses
Category 2: Non-Revenue
Category 3: Para Transpo

All line items in Price Schedule A, B and C shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this RFSO. In the event of any discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price shall govern. Where applicable, the prices must be extended and totaled.

The Price Schedules are attached as a separate document and form part of this RFSO and are available through MERX. Failure to submit the electronic Price Schedule(s) in the same format provided may result in rejection of the Offer.
